Q1: Do you have a factory?
- Yes, we are an dirct OEM & ODM factory. Main business is in Fashion Clothes, including Hoodies, Sweatshirts Dresses etc.
Q2: How can I get a sample from you to confirm the quality?
- A: You can send us exact Fabric Composition, Size Chart and Detial Craft. We will arrange sample accroding to your specification.
- B: You can send us samples pics or your own Design Artwork. We can make the sample based on your specification or your own design.
Q3: What is your Payment Term?
- We accept TT payment. Usually, before producing products, clients should pay 30% Down Payment. And before we send the finished products, clients should pay remanent 70% fee.
Q4: What is your lead time? Can we get the goods on time?
- Sample Lead Time: 7-10 Days after Detail cofirmed.
- Mass Production: 25-30 Days after order confirmed.
Q5: Do you inspect the finished products?
- Yes, each of production and finished products will be carried out three times oor more by QC before shipping.

Q7: What is your MOQ?
- For OEM & ODM customization and private customization, the minimm order quantity is 100pcs, we also offer Flexible Customization with MOQ of 50 pcs, but the price will be more expensive.
Q8: Can I add my own Logo to the clothing?
- Yes, if you have your own Designed Logo and need to be added pn clothing. We will add it on clothing according to the position you offered.
Q9: Can you provide samples before ordering?
- Yes, we will send you samples to confirm the quality of the samples before you place a bulk order, but you should pay the samples' fee before the samples' production and delivery. After you place a bulk order, we will return the samples' fee. Also our group will give you timely feedback on the progrerss of the samples to let you know.
Q10: What is your packaging methods?
- Usually garments are packed in a PE pro-environment plastic bag and shipped in a cardboard box, if you want to customize the packaging, we can customize the way you want.
Q11: How do I trace my package?
We will give Tracking Number and shipping voucher after shipment, and you can get the tracking information from the shipping method website. In addition, we will also help you to update the package at any time.
Q12: Can you include my labels and hangtags?
- Usually, Wash Mark, Main Mark and Hngtag are provided by clients. If you need us to customize them for you, accroding to different orders for them, the price will be different.
Q13: Can you customize my package bags or package boxes?
- We provide you with regular shipping packaging boxes (60cm*40cm*40cm), which is for freeo of charge. But of course you can also customize your shipping packaging and have your printed Logo on your packaging bags or boxes.
Q14: Can you offer direct delivery? How can I deal with you?
- Actually, you can use your own third party freight forwarder, if you need us to deliver products, you can negotiate with our service team and we will find the suitable freight forwarder to send you products, but the extra fee should be paid by you.
Q15: Can I customize it if i want a different style than your product?
- Yes, we offer different customization options for you to choose from. We have the customization capability to meet your needs, and we also have the design capability and supporting supply chain.
